This workshop is for leaders, managers, and busy professionals ready to get more done with AI — without becoming a tech expert.
Thursday, July 30, 2026

AC Hotel Missoula Downtown
A hands-on workshop for real-world work, not tech jargon.

Five connected questions to help leaders choose the right tool, for the right task, in the right way — so AI becomes a force multiplier for you and your team, not a liability.
This isn't about knowing every tool. It's about having a mental model that works across all of them — one you can apply on Monday morning when a new one lands in your inbox.
You'll leave with this framework internalized, practiced, and ready to share with your team.

Take-home reference after the workshop.

"Anna has built strong expertise in using AI in practical, thoughtful ways, and she shares that knowledge willingly. She has shown how AI can help with efficiency, learning, and working through more complex questions."
"What stands out most is how approachable Anna makes AI feel. She has taken something that can seem overwhelming and made it feel useful and accessible. Because of her guidance, I feel much more confident using AI in both my work and everyday life."
Nicole Taule
Events and Training Coordinator
"Anna has been my executive coach over the past year, and she has further ingrained and solidified my executive presence — helping me show up in boardrooms more effectively and exude confidence.
This growth has been directly impacted by Anna's professionalism, dedication, and conviction as a leader, as well as her critical thinking skills, executive coaching prowess, and competence, which are complemented by her subject matter expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) — all of which have fueled my personal success as a healthcare executive."
Jasmin Jose
Executive Director
"As a healthcare leader, I have been incredibly impressed by both her depth of knowledge in AI and her ability to make these tools practical and approachable in real-world settings.
She doesn’t just understand AI applications — she actively uses them in meaningful ways that improve efficiency, innovation, and communication.
What stands out most is the energy and excitement she brings to teaching. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she has a unique ability to help others feel confident and inspired as they learn. Anyone taking this course will walk away with valuable skills, practical insight, and a genuine excitement for what AI can do."

Meet Your Facilitator
Anna helps leaders and teams build clarity, confidence, and momentum in an AI-powered world. Her workshops blend practical frameworks, real-world examples, and hands-on practice — so you can lead with purpose and get results that actually stick.
She founded Wildbrush Collective after two decades in healthcare workforce and leadership development, because she kept seeing the same pattern: talented people being promoted into leadership roles without a framework for what comes next. The Hat Rack Theory is her answer to that gap — a tool built from years of working alongside managers, directors, and executives who are good at leading people and want to stay that way.
Anna is not a tech expert. That's the point. She approaches AI the way most leaders do — with healthy curiosity, a few real questions, and a commitment to figuring out what actually serves her team. She built this workshop for the leader she used to be before she had the framework.
Her work is grounded in adult learning science, practical facilitation, and a belief that the best professional development leaves you with something you can use when you walk out. This day is designed to do exactly that.

Good questions. Here are honest answers.
Leaders, managers, directors, and team leads who want to navigate AI with confidence — without becoming a tech expert. No technical background is required or expected. If you lead people and make decisions, this day was built for you.
Not at all. The Hat Rack Theory is designed for leaders, not engineers. We'll cover what AI is, how it works at a practical level, and how to make good decisions about it — no coding, no jargon, no prior experience needed.
We'll work with several publicly available generative AI tools throughout the day, including ChatGPT and others. You'll need a laptop and internet access. Free accounts work fine — no paid subscriptions are required to participate.
Your laptop and charging cord are required. Bring login credentials for your email and any AI tools you already use. Optional but helpful: a current work project or workflow you'd like to improve. Everything else — workbook, prompts, resources — is provided.
Yes. If you're interested in bringing a team of 3 or more, reach out to Anna directly at [email protected] to discuss group rates and logistics. We can accommodate small groups within the 20-person cap.
